On this page in Esek, choose your business number and tap Start forwarding test.
Forward unanswered calls
In your phone or carrier settings, choose When unanswered. Enter:
the number shown in Esek
the activation code shown in Esek
Ask your carrier to confirm conditional forwarding and charges for your plan. On iPhone, the ordinary forwarding toggle is not a no-answer setting.
Let one call ring
Call your business number from another phone. Do not answer. After Esek confirms the call, choose when the AI should answer.
Cannot find the setting? It is controlled by your carrier. Ask support to forward unanswered calls to the Esek number after about 10 seconds.
Voicemail may need to be disabled. Your carrier may charge for forwarded calls.
